Compensation:
- Base Salary: 20/hr | OTE $40,000 - $96,000 per/yr | Uncapped Bonus
- Weekly Bonus: $100 for each canvasser who meets weekly quota
- Monthly Bonus: Meet or exceed overall quota - $500.00 bonus
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, Recruit & Train: Identify, interview, hire and train canvassers for RCUSA.
Our full-time recruiter will pre-screen candidates and set up interviews with you for an in-person.
- Team Management: Supervise and motivate the canvassing team to achieve performance targets. (tracking, app, locations etc)
-Team Assignment: Assign canvassers to inspectors based on culture and performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of canvassers and provide feedback utilizing our software(s).
- Goal Setting: Set weekly and monthly goals for the team and individual members based on minimum KPIs, company goals and personal goals.
-Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
- Data Analysis: Analyze booking and inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support: Assist canvassers in setting appointments and overcoming objections. Perform morning coaching & roleplays daily.
- Field Training: Conduct on-the-job training sessions in the field to enhance skills and techniques. Go out to the crew(s) on rotation for check ins / coaching / motivation)
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance and activities for upper management.
- Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or conflicts within the team promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align strategies and maximize efficiency.
- Incentive Programs: Develop and implement incentive programs to boost team morale and performance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve services and canvassing approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in canvassing and door-to-door sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership experience with a focus on team supervision
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
