You have established connections with commercial and residential property management companies, asset managers, facility engineers, REITs and ownership groups across multiple market verticals; office, industrial/warehouse, apartment, HOA, education, healthcare, retail, and others
You are driven, disciplined, focused, and possess a Hunter mentality for new business
You enjoy prospecting, opening new doors and are effective at creating rapport, credibility and building trust-based relationships
You are experienced with getting to the decision maker(s) while identifying other buying influencers in the process
You embrace the value in and importance of qualifying opportunities to gain valuable intel
You are experienced in developing and presenting customer-centric, value-based solutions - not selling on price
You have experience working in a contract, service-based industry in a construction related industry
You enjoy being challenged with actively selling to many different customer segments/verticals

You are resilient and persistent in winning new work and closing deals

What You'll Do
Working with existing and prospective customers to develop and provide solutions to protect
their properties, offices, communities, and businesses
Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships with key decision makers
Conduct inspections of properties independently or with internal resources
Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet sales goals Understand the value and benefit of going deeper and broader with existing relationships
Work in a fast pace environment while operating with a high sense of urgency
Communicate proactively with all decision makers and influencers
Work independently in the field while collaborating with other internal departments throughout the sales process
Plan daily, hit specific activity benchmarks and close business
Skills We're Seeking
Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Work Experience Preferred
Coach-able, trainable, and have a good sense of humor
Disciplined, structured and accountable
Organization, planning and time management
Highly developed interpersonal, oral/written communication and presentation skills
Competitive, positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
Extensive face-to-face (B2B) selling experience at mid/senior and C-levels
Local knowledge and contacts in one or more market verticals preferred
Experience selling in a commercial B2B contract service industry with understanding of insurance Proven track record of sales goal attainment in a longer selling cycle environment
Experience managing multiple projects and able to multi-task in a large territory
Proficient with computer software programs including MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Experience using a CRM .
Working experience with social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
