• UNCAPPED EARNINGS – Base salary starts at $30,000, plus 6% commission. Our sales reps regularly earn between $70,000 and $120,000 per year. The sky’s the limit—if you put in the work, the rewards are massive.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Meet with homeowners, build relationships, and guide them through the process from inspection to closing the deal.
• Educate clients on their options (don’t worry, we train you to be the expert).
• Take control of your success—your effort determines your income, and we give you the tools to maximize every opportunity.
• Work independently but with full support from our admin, production, and leadership teams.
