What You'll Do:
- Meet face-to-face with residential and commercial property owners to present roofing solutions and close sales.
- Connect with clients who value hard work, service, and good character, creating long-lasting customer relationships.
- Perform accurate roof assessments, provide estimates, and recommend the best solutions for clients’ needs.
- Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial contact to signed contracts.
- Maintain communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and answer any follow-up questions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing or construction (but we’ll train the right candidate!)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a commission-based environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A commitment to integrity, hard work, and service
