Job Summary
We are seeking four motivated and results-driven Salespeople in the Joplin area and four in the Springfield area, to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving positive roofing sales growth through effective account management, estimating accuracy, and customer connections. You will be responsible for creating your own leads as well as managing assigned leads. This role requires a strong understanding of roofing sales and estimating, the ability to conduct once sit closings and managing the facilitation of the scope sold. Responsibilities
- Create new leads and manage assigned leads.
- Comfortability with heights and navigating roofs, taking photos and identifying storm damage.
- Understand, estimate and sell roofing materials.
- Conduct in home client pitches and become efficient at one sit closing.
- Attend weekly meetings, annual training and other required continuing education opportunities.
- Oversee and manage jobs when going on.
- Maintain relationship with customers and collect based on standard operating processes.
- Able to document customer communications in designated system.
- Be self-motivated, willing to learn and driven to grow.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong understanding of roofing materials and process by which material is installed.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Willingness to create new lead outlets.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement in sales techniques.
- Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Compensation
This is a commission job that is paid on a scale depending on your sales. There will be compensation while starting out. You will be compensated for self-generated leads, you will be compensated if that lead turns into a job and compensated once the job is completed. Fully trained reps have earned between $60,000-$250,000 per year. You will start out in Bronze with the expectation to progress into other tiers. Once you start generating over 50 thousand in monthly sales, you will begin getting compensated for fuel.
