Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in roofing sales, with a proven track record of managing teams and developing successful sales strategies. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your sales team, holding weekly meetings, advising on jobs, helping write estimates, utilizing training opportunities with specific sales person(s) when they come up, working with individuals and their KPI's to ensure maximum sales production, handle a high volume work environment with ease, bring a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
Duties
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Meet and work with individual salespeople and review KPIs to ensure maximum sales production.
- Will work with current team and continue to build team with an expected growth of 6 to 13 between salespeople by June.
- Will be responsible for hiring a setter manager that will report directly.
- Will train the setter and advise while they build their team.
- Create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Hold weekly meetings with sales team.
- Help settle, collect and advise on difficult files, getting them to closed status.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing a sales team.
- Knowledge of general roofing or construction.
- Able to learn CRM software and general computer skills, i.e. Outlook, Acculyx, Microsoft word, Powerpoint.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to keep calm in stressful situations.
- Ability to analyze and create new sales opportunities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring customer satisfaction at all stages of the process.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
