We are a growing roofing company in Central Florida looking for a motivated and bilingual professional to add to our team! Following sales, Roofing Pros USA has a customer care squad that provides consistent navigation moving and accurate updates through the re-roof process from beginning to end. We have a solid team, but are in need of one more individual, and this individual needs to be both english and spanish speaking. This is a customer service position that consists of dealing with homeowners directly via phone and out in the field. You will handle a number of accounts from beginning to end which includes: giving weekly updates and traveling out to our homeowner's properties to collect checks, get paperwork signed, and meet with our customers. We provide all of the tools to keep our employees and homeowners satisfied.
