Position Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Roofing Sales Representatives. In this role, you will have the chance to learn and apply our successful sales techniques while engaging with clients and providing tailored roofing solutions. Your role will involve connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Needs Assessment: Conduct on-site inspections and consultations to assess roofing needs and provide customized recommendations.
- Product Knowledge: Acquire a thorough understanding of our roofing products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, addressing client needs and demonstrating how our solutions fit their requirements.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and finalize sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Follow-Up: Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process and post-installation to ensure a positive experience and resolve any issues.
- Reporting: Track sales activities, progress, and performance metrics to meet targets and provide regular updates to management.
