Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to work within our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and all facets of the roofing industry (commercial & residential). Must have proven experience in business development and account management. Must have the ability to pursue provided leads as well as the skill to develop new opportunities independently. Must be self motivated and driven to achieve results while expanding the client base. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a passion for achieving sales targets. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance direct sales growth while participating in a company team environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and follow effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead generation initiatives to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Manage territory sales by analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Drive upselling efforts to maximize revenue from existing clients.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and improve lead quality.
