The parent company was established in 1997 in Pennsylvania and has been servicing commercial businesses all over the state. There are currently around 90 employees in the main branch.

They primarily work on reroofing projects and are consistently taking on large government contracts for hospitals, universities, schools and prisons. Having now surpassed $30 million in annual revenue, the company have seized the opportunity to grow and acquired a new company in Olean, NY.
