The generate $20m with a team of 20 office and 50 in field employees but have a very ambitious goal to surpass $50m in the next few years.
The culture is relaxed with no micro-management. Everyone is trusted to do their job and work as a team to achieve great results.
What They Do
Their work is 60% residential and 40% commercial, specialising in re-roofing and service repairs. Each week they complete 25 - 30 repairs, 10 re-roofs, and 2 - 4 large commercial job.
Residential projects include both single and multi-family, valued from small repairs at $3k to full re-roofs at $25m. With commercial projects ranging from $25k - $500k.
