Your role
Develop and strategize your own sales plans to identify potential partnerships with contractors within the commercial & industrial roofing industry.
Provide technical training, development, and support to the current sales team. Work closely with the team to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and R&D, to align on goals.
Leverage your relationships to recruit contractors to upsell and lay down the product. All leads are warm, due to ongoing relationships with approved contractors.

Your role may require some travel from time to time along the east coast.
Requirements :
Minimum of 5 Years of Sales Leadership Experience
Ability to manage up to 6 sales representatives
Must have proficiency in CRM Software and Salesforce
