Your Role
- Answering Service-related phone calls and collecting data
- Provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule roof related work orders for the service department
- Communicate with crews and with clients via phone and email

Key Requirements
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Knowledge of the Commercial Roofing industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, most importantly Excel
