We are seeking a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in estimating and preconstruction efforts, leveraging their expertise and industry-leading tools like The Edge Estimating software to deliver accurate and competitive bids.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with at least 5 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Proficiency in The Edge Estimating software is required.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and construction processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure precise and competitive estimates.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities and Description:

As a Senior Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will help build and manage our preconstruction and estimating department, establishing processes and driving its success. Key responsibilities include analyzing blueprints and specifications, determining labor and material requirements, and providing technical support during bid presentations and client meetings. You will maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and reliable resources. Additional duties include attending pre-bid meetings, meeting with GCs and Engineers, etc and mentoring junior estimators while supporting their professional growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
