Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by scheduling appointments with potential customers. Your primary responsibilities include engaging homeowners through warm calling, qualifying prospects, and converting inquiries into scheduled appointments for our roofing specialists. This role is fully remote, requiring a professional home office setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize company-provided scripts and processes to effectively reach out to potential clients through warm calling.
- Qualifying Prospects: Assess customer needs, provide information on booking an appointment for inspections, and determine if they are a good fit for our services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up qualified appointments between homeowners and our roofing experts, ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits of our roofing services and address any questions or concerns.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- CRM Management: Accurately log customer interactions, track progress, and maintain organized records using our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, providing insights and feedback to enhance performance.
- High Call Volume: Make 150 calls per day using a dialer to maximize outreach and appointment conversions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Sales Professional, or Appointment Setter in a remote or inside sales role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to confidently engage homeowners over the phone and provide outstanding customer service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
- Technical Requirements: A reliable internet connection, a computer suitable for sales calls, and a quiet workspace.
Schedule:
- Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4 PM CST
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
