Roofing World is searching for a new Professional Sales Manager to help drive a team of associates to over-achieve on a consistent basis. You will need to motivate, educate, train and excite a great team of sales professionals.

This role calls for a coach who can hire and develop their team to provide customer support and assist homeowners in creating the home of their dreams. If you’re a natural leader with a passion for delivering over and above consistently, this is the job for you!

You should be comfortable on the phone and have some sales experience, but don’t worry if you’ve never been in the home improvement industry. Our training program will teach you all you need to know and we have a top sales and leadership consultant to be by your side to be there for you when you need him.

What We’re Looking For:

Education and Experience

· College Degree Required

· 5 years of Home Improvement Sales experience REQUIRED

· 2 years of management experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office

· Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Compensation

Salary: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
