What You'll Do

• Prospect & Generate Leads: Independently build your book of business through outbound calls, homeowner outreach, and adjuster relationships
• Work Insurance Claims: Assist homeowners through the insurance claims process and coordinate with adjusters
• Conduct Inspections: Visit sites, assess storm damage, and coordinate estimates
• Close the Deal: Present proposals, handle objections, and guide homeowners through next steps
• Maintain CRM Records: Stay organized, follow up, and keep sales activity up-to-date
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Build trust and long-term relationships that lead to referrals

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience in insurance restoration sales, roofing, or construction is a plus
• Strong understanding of the insurance claims process and working with adjusters
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and capable of setting and achieving goals independently
• Comfortable working in the field, climbing ladders, and conducting inspections
• Tech-savvy with CRM software and basic office tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Must have or be willing to obtain the MHIC Sales License
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
