Your Role : Service Technician / Sales Representative
As a dual-service expert and sales professional, you’ll :
- Engage Customers : Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
- Educate & Sell : Present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities, empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fireplace and chimney needs.
- Provide Services : Conduct cleaning, inspections, small repairs, and diagnostics with precision and professionalism.
- Drive Revenue : Identify and upsell larger repair, restoration, and upgrade projects by understanding customer needs and offering value-driven proposals.
- Follow Through : Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction, confidence, and trust in Rooftop Chimney Sweeps.
