Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative
As part of our team, you’ll:
- Perform basic chimney services, including cleaning, safety inspections, and small repairs.
- Provide outstanding customer service to build trust and satisfaction.
- Diagnose chimney and fireplace issues, offering tailored solutions to clients.
- Develop, present, and follow up on proposals for repairs, upgrades, and restorations.
- Earn the right to upsell larger projects by delivering exceptional service and identifying customer needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s or technical degree preferred.
- 2 years in sales or customer service preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with experience in basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Personal Qualities:
- Reliable, physically fit, and comfortable with heights, tight spaces, and outdoor work.
- Ambitious, organized, and eager to learn and grow.
