As our Outbound Sales Coordinator, your wages will range between $15-$18/hr plus commission on all sales generated from all converted leads. You will also be eligible for paid time off, training opportunities, team building events and more! A Day in the Life of an Outbound Sales Coordinator
As a vital member of our Sales team, you will have a hand in ensuring that our Inspection Technicians have a calendar filled with qualified customers and create the best customer experience possible. You’ll engage previous and existing RTCS customers with the intent of proactively filling up the calendar with qualified jobs. You’ll also assist with quality control related to these jobs and keeping the daily schedule cohesive. You’ll do this by overcoming customer objections and presenting the value of our services.

Outbound Sales Acumen
Consultative, value-based selling
Excellent communication across various mediums
Critical problem solving
Strategic thinking, to include appointment route planning
Some things to know:
Varied and flexible work schedule but with evening and weekend availability
In-office position with the possibility of occasionally working remotely
Job Type: Full-time, non-exempt
