Your Role: Service Technician/Sales Representative
As a dual-service expert and sales professional, you’ll:
- Engage Customers: Build trust and lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and clear communication.
- Educate & Sell: Present tailored solutions and upgrade opportunities, empowering customers to make informed decisions about their fireplace and chimney needs.
- Provide Services: Conduct cleaning, inspections, small repairs, and diagnostics with precision and professionalism.
- Drive Revenue: Identify and upsell larger repair, restoration, and upgrade projects by understanding customer needs and offering value-driven proposals.
- Follow Through: Ensure every customer interaction ends with satisfaction, confidence, and trust in Rooftop Chimney Sweeps.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience:
- Sales-driven mindset with 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar field (preferred).
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of basic hand and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities.
