As an Inside Sales Consultant, your wages will range between $50,000 to $80,000 annually. Our best Inside Sales Consultants have cleared $100k a year! You will also be eligible for training opportunities, team building events and more! We believe in helping all of our employees reach their goals and we provide the training, coaching, and support you need to kickstart your career.
A Day in the Life of an Inside Sales Consultant
As a vital member of our Sales team, you will own the client relationship after our initial services and work with clients to learn about their needs, educate them on how to address issues, and work with them to develop solutions. You’ll have the ability to massively affect the company’s overall revenue as a stellar sales consultant can generate 2-3x the amount of revenue for the company as an average or mediocre Sales Consultant. This can mean a difference of several million dollars annually. For this reason, Sales Consultants are compensated exclusively via commission.

Some things to know:

- You’ll start off receiving hourly pay during training and then switch to a full commission structure with an earning potential of $80,000 / year through successful sales. This means that you’ll earn based on your hard work and dedication, without limits!
