What You'll Do:
- Engage with the public, sharing the benefits of renewable energy in neighborhoods and at community events like expos and fairs.
- Close deals with professionalism and clarity.
- Represent Rooftop Power with integrity, as if every customer were family.
- Hit weekly and monthly sales goals that come with serious bonuses.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of sales experience - Previous solar experience? Even better!
- Must be hungry, competitive, and driven by results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and organized—you’ll manage your own schedule
- A positive, growth-focused mindset
