Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team great team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. Rooftop is a rapidly growing company through out North & South Dakota.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, appointments, and deadlines
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
- Answer receive and assign call in clients to the proper sales rep to handle.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to supervise and train employees
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
