What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floor Production Helper position at Rook Coffee?
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of Rook Coffee products, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, organization, and cleaning of equipment, including mash tuns, kegs, taps, lines, drains, floors, roaster, packaging equipment, refrigerators, grinders, labeling machines, vans, and more.
- Conduct inventory and floor counts, receiving, organizing, and forklift movement of product within the production facility, weighing, proportioning, delivery preparation, and other related tasks.
- Aid in preparation, labeling, sanitizing, packaging, and fulfillment of hot and cold product lines.
- Contribute to various roastery and production housekeeping duties.
- Support merchandise organization, counts, and distribution.
