Over-the-top marketing and social media are a core focus at Rook Coffee, where our team engages with tens of thousands of customers weekly and nearly 200 internal teammates daily.
The Marketing Content & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for fostering a positive, engaging, and growth-oriented presence across social media, influencer, and marketing ecosystems.
This position reports to the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, create, edit, and distribute engaging, culturally relevant, on-brand video and photo content across marketing and social media channels that enhances engagement with our audience on instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and more
- Write engaging captions that align with brand voice, storytelling, and audience engagement goals.
- Lead social community management, including both proactive and reactive engagement in a timely manner.
- Maintain content calendars, production timelines, approval workflows, and post scheduling aligned with the broader brand strategy and product marketing calendar.
- Coordinate influencer outreach, vetting, fulfillment, and relationship management.
- Monitor and report on social media content and influencer campaigns performance to optimize future planning and execution.
- Gather and organize customer feedback from social media channels for internal sentiment analysis.
- Coordinate and manage social media contests and giveaways, ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Provide social media coverage for store events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Assist as an internal marketing liaison, communicating key information to internal stakeholders in advance of product launches, operational changes, etc.
