This role involves assisting in the production of our premium coffee products, ensuring that every step of the process meets our rigorous quality standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintenance and Organization
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure they remain in good working order.
- Organize and clean areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
- Inventory Management
- Conduct inventory counts and floor audits to verify accurate stock levels.
- Receive, organize, and move product within the facility as needed.
- Product Preparation and Packaging
- Aid in preparing, labeling, sanitizing, packaging, and fulfilling hot and cold product lines.
- Housekeeping and Support
- Assist with various roastery and production housekeeping duties.
- Support merchandise organization, counts, and distribution.
