The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, physical stamina, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for assisting in product production, performing routine maintenance, inventory management, and delivering products to store locations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of high-quality Rook Coffee products.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and facilities.
- Manage inventory and floor counts, receive and organize products, and prepare deliveries.
- Aid in packaging and fulfillment of hot and cold product lines.
- Contribute to various roastery and production housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Great stamina and coordination.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, squat, kneel, climb, and lift heavy objects.
- Extensive oral communication skills (listening and speaking).
- Major hand and arm usage.
