Room At The Inn is a Christian Ministry which provides housing and programs for single pregnant women and single mothers with children experiencing homelessness or poverty. Licensed by the state of NC to provide residential maternity home and accrediated by the Council on Accreditation.
We are seeking a part-time Human Resource Specialist (PQIS) to work in our Kernersville and Greensboro office.
· Assists in the fulfillment of the mission of Room at The Inn and exercises good stewardship in all tasks and activities
· Maintains personnel files
· Posts internal and external job availability
· Reviews resume from viable candidates and sends to President
· Schedules interviews with appropriate supervisor and President
· Requests and follow-ups on background information from all sources
· Provides paperwork to employees for physical / TB
· Collects new hire paperwork
· Coordinates and records staff training and record keeping
· Updates employee evaluation forms as needed
· Performs medication admin audit
· Performs audits of residential, college program and housing client files
· Fully participates in all Performance and Quality Improvement activities
· Responsible for oversight and coordination of the PQI system
· Schedules monthly PQI committee meetings to review any information received
· Sends quarterly questionnaire and summarize results for monthly meeting
· Gathers outcome information monthly
· Assists with proofreading and editing documents
· Copying and filing documents
· Other duties as assigned by VP-COO
This position is 20 hours per week. Monday - Friday 10AM - 2PM

5) Must be at least 21 years old
6) High School Diploma and 4 years office experience(some college preferred but not required;
7) Proficiency in MS Office programs;
8) Superior attention to detail and completion of paperwork;
