What are the responsibilities and job description for the Audio-Visual Engineer I (Embedded) Job at RoomReady in Bethesda position at RoomReady?
The Embedded Engineer I is responsible for the daily activities of Service and Support to one of our customers, this role will be dedicated to supporting this specific client. Additionally, this position must maintain a broad level overview of RR's ongoing support services as well as ground-level knowledge of any challenges or hurdles specific to any support services. This will be a fully in-person role at a customer's HQ site in Bethesday, MD.
What will you be doing?
- Attend weekly events meetings to discuss upcoming schedule and tickets
- Receives support calls escalated by Tier 1 and provide remote troubleshooting support to clients.
- Documents all troubleshooting steps performed per support call; escalate to Tier 3, as required.
- Serves as Tier 3, on-site client support upon request
- Provides training for the technical staff to develop and maintain the skills required providing the highest level of support for products that the company promotes.
- Ensures consistent adherence to company-established technical service standards, thereby insuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide high-quality, professional service to clients in order to fulfill the client's needs effectively.
- Monitors completion status of unbilled open support tickets and insure that the Client is communicated with as to the status and the reason for any delays.
- Receives communication of escalated Client problems in a timely and accurate manner and assists with escalated support.
- Completes needed onsite surveys for project or pre-sales engagements
- Maintain positive customer interaction throughout every job and perform work with the best interest of RoomReady in mind.
