AV Sales Engineer- Beaverton, OR
RoomReady is looking to expand our AV Engineering team with a responsible, customer-focused, results driven individual. The AV Sales Engineer will provide support and expertise to our sales team and project managers to take complex audio-visual systems from start to completion with client acceptance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 year of experience in AV design, job-cost quotes, and system drawings. This a hybrid role, requiring in-person reporting, 3 days a week, to the Beaverton, OR office.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and accurate needs analyses.
- Assist Sales with guidance and recommendations for proper product selection.
- Provide accurate job costs for design-build projects in conjunction with the sales team.
- Provide precise measurements and calculations to support AV system designs.
- Create detailed material lists and account for all job costs associated with assigned projects.
- Develop accurate project estimations from needs analyses or bid documents, typically consisting of conceptual line drawings and scopes of work.
- Maintain positive customer interactions throughout every job, always acting in the best interest of RoomReady.

The hiring range starts at $85,000 (more depending on qualifications) per year depending on experience and location. This position must report in-person to the Beaverton, OR office on a hybrid schedule, some remote work is possible.
