RoomReady is supporting our Integration Services team with the filling of a Certification Technician role. The Certification Technician's primary role is to assess installed systems to verify all aspects of the scope of work are met, ensure software is properly functioning, and certify that all aspects of the system are configured to RoomReady standards. This position has some travel requirements with overnight travel up to 25%. Candidates for this role must be located in the Boston, MA area.
What will you be doing?
- Remote or in-person verification of system performance to ensure all aspects of the scope of work are met.
- Quality control of room deployments to ensure every system is configured to RoomReady standards.
- Review and critique certification reports completed by field technicians.
