AV Service Technician
RoomReady is expanding our Service team in the Texas region. An AV Service Technician is responsible for technical accuracy and completion of all service calls. Daily activities include responding to service calls and tickets to ensure the best customer experience possible when receiving RR services. Additionally, will be responsible for onsite surveys for upcoming installations. Overnight travel frequently, up to 75%. This position will need to be located near a larger city with access to a major airport.

What will you be doing?
- Respond to service calls for AV, Access Control, Security, and Sound Systems
- Remote Service assistance as needed
- Installing simple 1-3 day teleconferencing systems, cameras, and access control
- Custom space certification and closeout
- End-user training (onsite & remote)
- Remote and onsite support troubleshooting
