Partner Channel Manager
RoomReady is looking to expand its business development team with the addition of a Partner Channel Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with the company’s existing partners in the audio video industry. This role focuses on driving sales growth through partner channels by ensuring partner satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account growth, and implementing strategies to maximize the potential of each partnership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related inquiries, issues, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Identify opportunities to expand partner relationships by introducing new products, services, or solutions that align with their needs and market demand.
- Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint business plans that drive mutual growth and success.
- Monitor and manage partner performance to ensure alignment with sales targets and revenue goals.
- Provide training and enablement to partners on new products, services, and sales strategies to enhance their ability to sell and support the company’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align partner strategies with overall company objectives.
- Attend industry events, partner conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and strengthen partner relationships.
- Participate in the onboarding of new partners to ensure a smooth and successful start to the relationship.
Skills and Qualifications:
As a Partner Channel Manager, the ideal candidate will need excellent communication and customer service skills combined with the required qualifications below:
- Proven experience in partner management, account management, or a similar role, ideally within the audio video or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales strategies and partner ecosystems.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven track record of growing and retaining partner accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and motivate partners.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic account plans that drive revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other tools for managing partner accounts and tracking performance.
- Deep knowledge of the audio video industry, including trends, products, and key players.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
