Food Service Supervisor Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and service.
- Ensure meals are prepared in accordance with dietary requirements, nutrition standards, and facility guidelines.
- Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and order food and supplies as necessary.
- Assist with menu planning and implement resident-specific dietary needs.
- Train and evaluate kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Maintain accurate records, including food temperature logs and sanitation reports
