The Department of Psychology at Roosevelt University is hiring a Program Coordinator to assist with the operations of our PsyD doctoral program in Clinical Psychology.

The primary responsibilities include data collection and preparation of tasks related to maintaining the program’s accreditation. These include tasks such as tracking and emailing program graduates, coordinating student alumni surveys and evaluations, and compiling relevant program-related data entry. Similarly, this position involves data collection and organization of information relevant to maintaining our practicum training databases.
The Program Coordinator will also be involved in academic support tasks. This involves assistance with student registration, supplemental student advising, and grade posting. It also entails providing management of the annual student review process, which involves the collection, organization, and summary of student performance evaluations.
The Program Coordinator may similarly assist our other graduate programs (MA in Clinical Psychology Counseling Practice, and MA in Industrial / Organizational Psychology) as needed.
This is a part-time (16 hrs / week), at will, non-exempt position located at the downtown Chicago campus. This position reports directly to the chair of the Department of Psychology.

Equipment Operated : Standard office equipment (desktop computer, phone).
Working Conditions : Normal climate-controlled office environment is provided. Job is largely sedentary, but there is a need to move about the office and buildings. Occasional bending, stooping, lifting, pushing and / or pulling is required (typically less than 10 pounds).
