We are hiring a dedicated LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse for a 26-week travel assignment in Coldwater, OH 45828. This is an excellent opportunity for LPN - Licensed Practical Nurses to provide high-quality care in a supportive and community-focused environment. Shift : 12-hour shifts (Day / Night shifts available)
Pay Rate : $32.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
Provide direct care to patients in a long-term care or healthcare setting
Monitor and assess patients' health status and report any changes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assist in developing and implementing care plans for patients
Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and care needs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress
Job Requirements :
Licensure : Active LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse license valid in Ohio
Experience : At least 1-2 years of nursing experience, with preference for those with long-term care or acute care experience
Certifications : BLS required
Skills : Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
