Shift : 3 x 12-hour shifts

Pay Rate : $50.00 / hour

Minimum Requirements :
Degree : RN
Experience : At least 2 years of recent Case Management experience
Licensure : Current, unencumbered RN license valid in Michigan or compact state license
Certifications : BLS required; Case Management certification (CCM) preferred
Skills : Expertise in care coordination, discharge planning, and patient advocacy; strong communication and organizational skills
