Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions in the ICU
- Monitor vital signs, manage ventilators, and administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients
Job Requirements:
- Licensure: Active RN Registered Nurse license in Idaho
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required; CCRN certification is a plus
- Skills: Proficiency in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and ICU protocols
