Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions in a surgical setting
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs, physical status, and progress
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on medical procedures, recovery, and health management
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatments, and patient progress
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Licensure: Active RN Registered Nurse license valid in Tennessee
• Experience: At least 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Certifications: BLS required
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork abilities
