Motorcycle Sales

Job Description:

Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager
Follow the dealership’s sales process
Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products
Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands
Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy
Ensure the delivery to customer is an “EVENT” which endears the customer to the dealership
Contact customers using mailing lists, tickler files and personal follow-up to encourage additional sales and ensure customer satisfaction
Introduce customers to the service, parts, general merchandise and F&I departments and their personnel
Cultivate prospects (e.g., showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, past owners, etc.)

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills
• Insurable- Requiring a valid Drivers License and Motorcycle Endorsement
• Friendly and positive attitude

Summary

As a Motorcycle Sales representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service in our dealership. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will utilize your core skills in retail sales and communication to engage with customers and facilitate their purchasing decisions. Your negotiation skills and experience in sales will be essential in closing deals and achieving sales targets. Additionally, your ability to collaborate with the sales team and manage inventory will contribute to a seamless sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in a competitive market.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
