Position Summary
The Private Dining and Special Events Coordinator is responsible for
managing all aspects of private dining and special events, from planning to
execution. This role involves coordinating with clients, overseeing event
logistics, managing budgets, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The
coordinator will also collaborate with internal teams to align events with the
values and standards of Noble Food & Pursuits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited
to the following and may change or be adjusted at any time :
- Oversee the planning
and execution of private dining and special events, ensuring exceptional guest
experiences.
point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding
their needs.
event plans, including timelines, menus, and staffing requirements.
kitchen and FOH teams to coordinate food and beverage service.
ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality experiences.
staff, providing training and support to maintain service standards.
and pre-event meetings to confirm all details and logistics.
with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations during events.
concerns or issues during events with professionalism and efficiency.
performance metrics and provide post-event reports to leadership.
