Position Summary
Rooster's Wood-Fired Kitchen in Ballantyne is looking for a Server Assistant is able to multitask food and beverage orders and deliveries. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following and may change or be adjusted at any time:
- Assist servers by clearing tables, resetting them promptly, and ensuring readiness for the next guests.
- Support servers by delivering water, bread, or other table setup items as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, dining areas, and the kitchen pass.
- Communicate effectively with servers and the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Restock supplies for service stations, including utensils, napkins, and condiments.
- Assist in polishing silverware and glassware to maintain high presentation standards.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance and guest safety.
- Perform opening and closing side work as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Exposure to varying temperatures in kitchen and dining areas..
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying noise levels
