Assistant Manager
Location: 26 Pullman Square, Huntington, WV, 25701
Job Description:
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in managing the daily operations of the store. This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting in the hiring, training, and development of store employees
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and budgets
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assisting in the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
