Role Description

Join our dynamic team as a full-time Lead Financial Advisor in a remote capacity. You will collaborate directly with the firm's founder to learn our robust planning processes and begin serving clients immediately. You will also benefit from Root's thriving digital marketing funnel, generating a steady stream of prospective clients each month, allowing you to focus solely on client service. As a financial advisor at Root, you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive financial outcomes for clients, making this the greatest job in the world.
