How You’ll Make An Impact
Vendor & Contract Management
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination, documentation, and execution.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with business needs and cost-effectiveness.
- Partner with Legal, IT, and Finance teams to optimize vendor contracts and accelerate execution timelines.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks through strategic vendor negotiations.
- Develop and implement proactive procurement strategies to streamline vendor performance and compliance.
- Track and analyze key procurement metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and efficiency improvements.
- Utilize data analytics and automation to enhance sourcing strategies and vendor performance.
- Quickly integrate into workflows, identify key priorities, and make an immediate impact.
- Continuously improve procurement processes, eliminating inefficiencies and driving automation.
- Refine and enhance procurement frameworks, including:
- Vendor onboarding & risk assessment
- Standardized contract review processes
- Approval workflow optimization
- Ensure clear communication and documentation to enable faster decision-making across teams.
Experience & Expertise
- 4 years of experience in SaaS procurement, with a proven track record of negotiating savings and improving processes.
- Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing multiple projects with efficiency.
- Familiarity with contract and vendor management tools, with a focus on automation.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS contracts and digital marketing procurement (preferred).
- Experience in remote or hybrid work environments, with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership over procurement initiatives.
- Customer-focused approach, ensuring internal stakeholders receive top-tier procurement support.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or relevant certifications in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Strong ability to interpret contracts, analyze invoicing, and negotiate effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex procurement processes into clear, actionable insights.
- A natural collaborator, adept at working across teams and driving best practices.
- Work from anywhere within the U.S., with support for a hybrid or remote work environment. Prefer someone in the Eastern and Central Time Zone or local to Columbus, OH area.
