Root's Floor Coatings in Longview, WA, is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Floor Coating Installer. This role offers a starting wage of $22-28/hour, depending on experience (higher pay rates will go to applicants who have their Class B CDL), providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a specialty industry. ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary work area includes the I-5 corridor and the Portland/Metro area, with 1-3 out-of-town assignments per month around Washington and Oregon. Work schedules is full-time will be based on project requirements.
As an Entry-level Floor Coating - Concrete Polish Installer, you will prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, vacuuming, and patching. You will then apply epoxy coatings. You will also be responsible for loading and unloading trucks and supplies at our shop, ensuring everything is organized and ready for upcoming projects. Each day presents an opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to creating durable floors. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the specialized construction industry!

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 25 years old for car insurance purposes
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on hands and knees
- *Higher pay available if certified Class B CDL driver*
