Root & Sprig is opening up a brand new store inside St. Joe's Hospital! We are seeking dedicated Shift Managers to join our team in a dynamic and friendly environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality or food industry, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Support General Manager in overseeing daily operations during assigned shifts
- Lead stations to provide quick, accurate, and exceptional service
- Provide warm and friendly hospitality to all guests
- Train, coach, and motivate staff members
- Professionally resolve guest complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Uphold company policies and procedures effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality/food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Open availability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
