Position Summary:
The Wellness Concierge will serve as the first impression for Root – the gatekeeper and the concierge for our customer's whole body health journey. They will initiate an amazing guest experience, be knowledgeable tour guides for services at Root and maximize scheduling opportunities during phone calls, guided tours, check-in and check-out and other tasks as assigned.
The main objective of the Wellness Concierge is to optimize the schedule at Root, while providing a high-touch, personalized experience to our customers that results in increased frequency and retention.
Responsibilities include protecting the standards of a Root experience, protecting the abundance of our practitioners, including direct client interactions, phone calls, email and text bookings and sales to maximize and achieve revenue targets and maintaining a clean and safe space from reception are to back of house treatment rooms and common areas. The Wellness Concierge team takes pride in growing our health and wellness community - promoting and selling our Whole Body Health Accounts, service packages, as well as providing a great atmosphere for our members and guests.

Qualifications:
· 2-5 years experience in spa, clinic or retail environment
· Interest in a natural approach towards health, skin care, food, movement, clinic
· Ability to drive sales and growth in services, memberships and retail
