3. Job Description: Experienced and flexible Event Producer to assist with

the execution of branded events and activations.

Summary:

This per-project, contract role will provide critical support to the Director of Experiential

Marketing, ensuring the successful planning and delivery of various projects. This

contract-based role is ideal for someone with event management experience looking for the opportunity to work on diverse and exciting experiential marketing projects. Project timelines vary (average 5-8 weeks).

Responsibilities:

• Event Execution Support - Assist with the logistical and operational aspects of event planning and execution. This includes setup, coordination with vendors, on-site management, and troubleshooting during events.
• Project Coordination - Help manage project timelines and ensure all event components are delivered on schedule. Support the Director in overseeing day-to-day activities related to the event.
• Vendor and Logistics Management - Vetting and coordinating with vendors, handling procurement of materials, and managing event supplies.
• Creative and Administrative Tasks - Support with administrative duties such as preparing event documentation, tracking budgets, and assisting with creative elements as needed.
• Post-Event Follow-Up - Contribute to post-event activities, including gathering feedback, preparing reports, and analyzing event outcomes.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience - Proven experience in event management or experiential marketing, ideally with a focus on brand events and activations. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Skills - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical Knowledge - Proficiency with G-Suite, Canva. Additional graphic design skills and the ability to create simple mockups/floor plans are a plus.
• Physical Requirements - Must possess the ability to stand/walk around event sites for extended periods and assist with moderate physical tasks such as painting or loading a vehicle.
• Autonomy - Adaptable and proactive with a strong ability to work independently.
• Travel - Some travel is required.
